  • Designed for all ages, Presher House HIIT class focuses on speed and agility while enhancing upper and lower body strength. Experience four EMOM circuits that reignite the athlete in you. Due to the intensity of plyometrics and agility work, we recommend this class 1-2 times a week with 48-72 hours of recovery in between sessions.

Punch House

Punch House put us on the map in 2018 as one of the most intense boxing bootcamps in NYC. 45 minute workout with three sections: bag work, strength work and cardio.

One of the new comers, but a pillar in fitness since the beginning. Experience Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Body Movement, and Barr classes that allow you to flow and open your mind.

The true freshmen in the group fitness scene, but not one to be underestimated by any athlete. This HIIT class includes focused strength segments for both the upper and lower body, and Concept 2 rowers, agility drills, and plyometric exercises designed to enhance your conditioning.
